During the Spanish Inquisition a woman accused of Witchcraft is taken into a dungeon and tortured. Her accusers pinch and burn her breasts with hot pokers and lock her in a cage. They take her out, shackle her with chains and poke puncture her skin with a large spike. Then they tie weights to her ankles as they hang her and whip her.

A mysterious serial killer is on the lose, abducting women, stripping them, tying them to a chair and stabbing, shooting and strangling them in his snuff films. He stabs one woman with a butcher knife, we later see that her face has been cut off and that his basement is filled with body parts.
