Warning: These are the top 100 sickest, cruelest, most violent, gruesome, upsetting and sadistic films ever made! They contain torture, snuff, rape, animal cruelty, baby killing, genital mutilation and much more! You have been warned!
Although none of these films are real like Traces of Death, they are still very realistic and may in fact contain real footage that may be traumatizing, (Seed, Snuff 102, I'm looking at you guys!) Please watch with caution!

A group of psychos snip off a man's fingers, cut off his nipple and saw off his foot.

Could you be more specific about these movies? There are no less than 16 different movies called _The Tourist_ in the IMDb, for instance, and rolling over that title with my mouse pointer doesn't reveal any more information.
Thank you so much for this list. I have just started my personal journey into the darkness that is these films. Over the last year I have seen quite a few and have to admit that personally Inside and A Serbian Film are the worst of the bunch. I am looking forward to some of the suggestions on this list.

all great movies but the order of these i think is way off. i would almost have to insist that Srpski Film be number one! if you never saw it it is a must. easily the most disturbing film, certainly not the goriest, but believe me, i love these movies and i wasnt the same for a day after watching this one... ive been currently making it a point to watch all of these films and rate them.
