The zombie survival sequel continuing in the football arena where the first movie left off, complete with headshots, stabbings, throat slitting, bodies ripped apart by cars, decapitations, head stompings, heads shot in half, heads stabbed through the back of the head and out through the mouth, bodies falling off buildings, eye gouging, cannibalism, disembowelment and multiple head explosions.

The eye into the door splinter is a classic gore scene.
Also, rob zombie's Halloweeen's, and "RABID" starring Marilyn Chambers are good gore fests.

I just rewatched "KOLOBOS" and noticed its not on your list. Should be. See it, and I know you'll agree. What's really disturbing about this movie is that that the killer isn't some crazed super-powered extraterrestrial undead, but could be your next door neighbor best friend (whose best friend is her straight-razor).
according to youtubers: Zombi 2 = Zombie flesh eaters = Woodoo = Island of the living dead = Zombie island . According to: http://www.best-horror-movies.com/Zombi-2.html : Dario Argento released Dawn of the Dead in Europe, it was re-titled Zombi. It was an instant hit so Fulci, hoping to cash in on the Romero/Argento success, re-shot the opening and closing sequences and released his film as a sequel - hence the title Zombi 2... When the film was released in the states it was simply titled Zombie. I had a VHS (with the picture displayed at the top of the site I just cited) that had both Argento's and Fulci's names in the opening credits.
Movies since 2003 rating high on the gore meter: "Alien Abduction", "Alien Raiders", "Death bu Engagement", "Zombie Strippers", "Black Dalia" (Ulli Lommel), "Zombies Anonymous" (this one gives "Dead Alive" a run for its money).
