As befits the season, the Christmas installment of Choice Cuts comes bearing primo POSTAL content. The mistletoe is provided by some fantastic new shots of our Postal Babe of the Year, Belinda Strange. The perfect PBabe to climax the decade, Belinda is our first and only Postal Babe of the Year since former Playboy Playmate Jennifer Walcott took the honors several years ago. Belinda can also be seen as Miss April in the 2011 Sun Bru calendar and if someone can find a copy please send me her "first civilian tactical weapons calendar." Guns and more guns; how cool is that? Special props to her photographer, Dave Thomas of Lawton OK, who always brings out the best in Belinda. "I just thank every one so much for giving me this awesome honor," Our Postal Babe of the Year told us. "Love you guys!"

You'll also want to check out the saga of Uwe Bull, a tasty bovine specimen that Running With Scissors purchased and donated to BravelyWaiting.org, an organization comprising the families of military men and women serving overseas. In fact, his namesake, director Uwe Boll is also the subject of an interview Kotaku conducted with our fearless leader, Vince Desi. And speaking of Vince interviews, he also sat down on the John Miller Program to talk up Running With Scissors' Christmas activities. Check it out.

We've also got another installment of "Gore One One" (what's more in the spirit of the holidays than a look at the best in cinema that's redder than Rudolph the Reindeer's nose?). For accompaniment, it's gonna be a rock 'n' roll Xmas, as columnist Tom Farrell offers up an incredible array of music and game-related articles and interviews. There's everything from a live review of a Tunnelmental Experimental Assembly concert to interviews with Pretty Boy Floyd and Randy Mathias and a look at a Bowie video.

And lest I forget, Vince Desi has added a new food category: Dessert to his already extensive quest for the best in world cuisine. Gotta leave cookies and milk out for Santa, after all, a slice of pizza and a cup of espresso might make a nice change of pace this year.

Merry Christmas and a Postal New Year!
