Running With Scissors stole a little of the
media-sucking luster usually reserved for the likes of Britney Spears and Sadaam
Hussein. They did it by transporting company spokesperson Gary Coleman and a
clutch of Postal Babes to the Cyber X Game Tournament, held in Las Vegas as
part of the massive 2004 Consumer Electronics Show.
"
POSTAL 2: Share The Pain and the Postal Babes are the hottest
things at this year's show!" declared the unstoppable Coleman, who was
later reportedly spied at A Little White Chapel squiring several of the drop
dead gorgeous Postal Babes. Gary first appeared in the single-player
POSTAL
2 and returns with the Postal Babes in the just-released
POSTAL 2:
Share The Pain, which includes multiplayer.
Mr. Coleman, the Postal Babes and
P2: Share The Pain attracted
enormous attention at this year's CES/CXG, with gamers and other attendees flocking
to the RWS booth for free massages and light-hearted flogging from the whip-wielding
Babes.
"It was very encouraging," agreed RWS' dervish-like honcho, Vince
Desi. "After being invited -- and then dis-invited -- to speak at the Digital
Hollywood seminar, I was afraid that Las Vegas no longer wanted to Share The
Pain with us. But our hardcore demographic -- members of Alcoholics Anonymous,
Gamblers Anonymous and Gamers Anonymous -- stepped in and sucked up the slack."

POSTAL 2: Share The Pain is the expanded single-player and first-time-ever
multiplayer edition of the classic
POSTAL franchise and will launch nationally
at several major retailers this month.
