POSTAL 2 is still Overwhelmingly POSITIVE!

Did you pick up POSTAL 2 in either of our recent massive sales? POSTAL and POSTAL 2 are still proving they have what it takes to be attention grabbing video games. We knew we were going to get some business but we certainly didn’t anticipate the overwhelming amount of orders our latest sale was going to generate. Without a doubt it was our best sale yet and we are proud to know we still have a lot of loyal fans out there. It makes the hundreds of hours of work, programming, and planning that went into creating and maintaining our video games all seem more worthwhile.

Well now it’s time once again to let your opinion be known to the world (or at least to the other gamers). Go to Steam and give POSTAL 2 a nice POSITIVE vote to help us keep our overwhelmingly POSITIVE rating. You can also let your opinion be known to us. You know Running With Scissors always likes to hear from our...

Backlog Attack!

I was looking at my Steam Library today and I noticed something perplexing. I have quite a few games that I have never even started. I got them as part of a bundle at some point or another and never gave them a chance. It got me thinking, with the thousands of titles available on Steam how do you choose what to buy or what to play? Do you pick the one that has the best reviews? Do you pick the one that has achievements you can attempt to earn? What prompts you to make that leap to install that particular title and give it a go?

Taking a really good look at my Steam Inventory you can see two distinct trends.  Games I definitely wanted get replayed multiple times in order to collect every achievement (yes I have every achievement for POSTAL 2!) but other games are sadly neglected. As mentioned previously, I intend to make a dent in my ever-growing backlog just as soon as I have the time. It should be a little easier to play now that my gaming computer is back in working order.

The other trend is toward gam...
