Queens, NY - Restaurant Review by Vince Desi
FOOD: The Sicilian pie at Rosa's has the 'muzz' aka mozzarella on the dough, then the sauce on top and Parmesan sprinkled on the very top. Their round pie is classic NY pizza, it also comes in a wide variety from Mexican to Hawaiian.

PLACE: Rosa's has numerous locations, but here is where they got started in the 70's, I was there on the first day. From the very beginning they've had a superior Sicilian pie.

COMMENT: CLASSIC NY! These guys made popular adding all kinds of stuff on top of the classic round pie and they introduced the “Grandma” pie, a thinner version of the classic Sicilian pie.
