Harlem, NY - Restaurant Review by Vince Desi
In East Harlem, New York, the real deal. This is a nice Puerto Rican spot, excellent food, good looking waitresses, a full bar and very reasonable prices. Good soups, pork, beef and chicken, classic dishes.

And for some entertainment after you eat, across the street is the FB Lounge, a great nightlife with a Latin Beat.
